[SOLVED] Can't merge division

Hi,

for some reason I am unable to re-merge the Axis 34th Infantry Division in my C1945 PBEM game. The 3 regiments are in the same hex, part of the same corps, none of them have moved, none of them have any specific attachments, so as far as I can tell the merge should be very possible. I have tried both the MERGE UNIT option in the UNIT DETAIL view, pressing the 'B' button and pressing the BUILD UP/BREAK DOWN UNITS in the top panel.

Am I doing something wrong, or is it a bug? Any help would be appreciated.

Did they start broken in the scenario?

Yes, they did. I guess that solves it. Would be nice if it could be merged though, I think.

Then it must be a data issue when sub-units are not linked correctly in editor. In such a case they could be merged only in the new game started with the fixed scenarios.

Data issue indeed, 1/34th linked to 44th Grenadier instead of the other two partial units

Where do you find this link? I cannot see it in the Scenario Editor, and I cant find anything about it in the editor manual.

Select the 1/34th division, at bottom left click on "attached unit" to show attached split units. It only shows 44th Grenadier instead of the 3 split 34th units. The other two split units have the same wrong parent unit.
