10-15% arty..what does the percentage mean, define arty, is it only offboard or onboard as well, are aircraft included in this calculation?
reinforcements..are they a topic to be negotiated before the game starts or can they always be used.
what about special units like paratroopers and special forces, things like minefields ( pre laid or in place in game)?
It might be a useful thing to set up a default sticky so ppl that are new to PBEM have a template to work from. This template may be the general consensus among the more experienced players which rules/agreements make a regular kind of match.
I know there always will be different set ups among players that know each other longer, but this way at least the newer players have some sort of clue what to take into consideration?
