Integrity dramatically low

My 16th Army suffered massive integrity loss with several divisions as low as 15.
Anything I could/should do or is it ... well ... the end ?

You could set the replacement rate of your other HQs to 25% and that of 16th Army to PRIORITY.

And then hope the next replacement wave will rebuild it a bit.

Are replacements specific a theater or dispatched across all theaters ? (ie. should I set to 25% the HQs in the AGN only or in the 3 theaters ? And should I set to 25% on PGs HQ too or just regular armies ?

Replacements arrive at high command or OKH and then flow to anything below it.

Set all units to 25% by modifying the OKH (which will auto set it for everything below) and then after set 16th army HQ to PRIO (which will auto-set it for everything below as well). Hopefully next round 20,30,40 or 50 most will flow into your 16th.
