Sound effects for Allied base capture

Post by Cap Mandrake »

I just had my first base captured by the Allies (with the sound turned up). The Japanese base capture sounds seem plausible (perhaps becuase I can't understand what they're saying:D ). On the other hand, the Allied celebration audio is less than convincing....."Hooray, Hooray, Horray ??????"

They've just finished "Happy Bday" and are about to go into "Jolly good Fellow".

There should be a sound effect for when you loose a base to your opponent, rather than hear their victory sound. Crying, or a snivelling subordinate reporting the defeat to you ;)

That whole "hip hip hoorah" thingy sounds like a bunch of drunken Ozzies on a panty raid.

Aucune idée, monsieur.

I may have found a fitting 'base capture' sound for the Allies :D .
