Unfortunately, we lose CL Montpelier to a mine hit and then 2 mini-sub torpedoes after the bombardment phase. However, we sink 4 more of the SSX's. He only gets 86 of these (I think), and we've already sunk somewhere in the 50's. He's going to run out before we get to 1945 at this rate.
We bombard Lautem with all 3 SC TFs. It is essentially shut down. Japan loses another 202 aircraft on the day, with the sweeps continued against Lautem and some all the way over in Burma.
