Can you "correct" OBA to a different hex after it fires the first time?

OK, no problem. But this brings up some questions:

Is the player limited to a number of missions?

Is there a ransom chance of losing the OBA all together like in ASL when you draw two red cards?

You might want to consider may a hex or two correction allowance as the enemy could simply run away from the artillery. But if the programming is too complicated, I understand.

No limitation except you can loose the OBA completely. Pretty much like ASL.
