Updater doesn't work (Solved)

I'd download the lastet offical patch from the MG support site. Also start it with admin mode. That usually does the trick.

I have taken no actions. When I attempt to update the game to the latest version i get the exact same error message that Gunnodayak showed above.
He edited his message about an hour after posting showing he had solved the issue but he did not explain how.
