Game Crashing Every Time I Play

The following is from Steam:

Hey guys.
Why does my game always crash, I get a white screen with a red X across the middle in the middle of a game but I can still hear the action., or it just freezes up and I have to restart my computer. I have no other games in my library that are as unplayable right now for me. I have windows 10, an i7 4790k and (2) gtx970ssc. I love this game but seriously has performance issues. Any help would be appreciated thanks.]]

Offhand make sure you've got all the prerequisites installed.

If this is the case and you're still getting lots of crashes please do post a save file and a quick explanation. We will definitely investigate. You can do this here or there is also a tech support forum at Matrixgames.

Thanks!

Here is a screenshot of what my game looks like when it crashes:
I will attach a saved game file in the next post as I can only upload I file per post.

Thanks

Thanks for posting the file. We'll take in a look.

IN the meantime please make sure you're updating all scenarios with the newest database.

Thanks for the quick reply. How would I make sure I am updating all scenarios with the newest database? All I am doing is subscribing to them via Steam. In the past I would install them from the website.

Go to editor drop down, select database and then you can see the update option there. If you go to the database drop down it will actually tell you what version you're using.

The manual does a more detailed explanation which is worth a read.

Thanks!
