close combat no results?

close combat no results?

Is it normal to have a close combat round where all that is shown is "Processing Close combat results in hex x,x" and nothing else after that?

Sometimes it says nothing and sometimes it shows "no result".

Is there a difference between the two?

There should be some kind of result. Do you if this has been in any special situation that the processing didn't tell the result?

Using the a little help from the Stugs scenario I was able to recreate the situation.

I had some Russian squads CC vs the two Stugs. Sometimes I get results and a couple of times it simply would say

"processing CLOSE COMBAT in HEX [9,23]" with no further text below it.
