The Marshalls: Searches Allied 4, Axis 6. The Allies choose the 1-box only (not enough surprise to put the Catalina against fighters). AA is NE. Allies use 6 surprise points to increase damage to D, 2A.

I am not sure it's very wise to spread the excellent Japanese cruisers in far and distant seas for the chance to find 1 CP - when the Allies can retaliate with more cruisers and sink your hardly replaceable quality naval assets.
