Errors starting the game

Hi Developers,

Sorry if this has been answered before but I could not find it. I just bought the game and the game won't start. Error is that tigers on the hunt only supports the following resolutions. My monitor is wide screen why would the game fail and not just start it will work on some of those resolutions no issues. I use many games with no issues that don't support widescreen they just run in a box in middle of monitor. Also is there any way I can do windowed mode and bypass this error?

I did install the zero day patch and no go.

What resolution is your computer running in? If you're getting that error you might not be in one of the supported resolutions. The Tech Support forum has a few posts about this kind of issue you might want to look through.

Thank you good Sir that was very helpful. I found a post that talks about configuration.ini file and where you can set it to run windowed mode and set correct resolution. This worked for me and I am good to go now.
