Thought this was would be helpful for scenario authors, current plan for SSN decommissioning and commissioning

I'm not quite as in touch with the US shipbuilding industry as I once was, it seems like the obvious solution to squeezing some efficiencies out in the long-term would be to build the next SSBN only at EB and let NNS build the Virginia Class only once construction on that project starts (recognizing of course that EB needs to always have something being built), I was surprised to see that the SSBN is going to be built at both (the Ohio was built at only EB).
