I had all sorts of problems with the display, Bismarck, although running at 1920x1080, including a very small log window, and someone kindly suggested running the game in 'Administrator' mode. It worled brilliantly, solving all my display problems. Might not work for you, but worth a try, if you're not already doing this..

Best Wishes

Sorry, there is currently a bug in the game with 1200 x 800 resolution, where the action log window is too small. This will be fixed in the upcoming patch...

It seems to be resolutions other than 1280x800 also.

What resolution, is your desktop DPI set to 100? What version of windows are you running?

In another thread Peter confirmed there's a bug at the 1280x800 resolution fixed in an upcoming patch as well.

Thanks. I'm at 100 DPI.

My point was the problem also exists at other higher resolutions.

I am running it fine at 2560x1440, 125% scaling, although without real DPI virtualization (ie, with "Use Windows XP style DPI Scaling" option checked ON). The counters look rather smallish, though

How big is the action log? Where do you turn the XP scaling on" I'm a historian but no geek. [;)]

A pic speaks louder than words...
The action log is ok. The counters look small to my eyes (I need a ZOOM...)

Image

As to the display options (and I am sorry but the english terms may not be 100% accurate, my Win 7 is in portuguese):
- go to Control Panel -> Display (or right-click in your desktop -> Ptoperties -> Display
- choose between 100% (no scaling), 125% or 150% scaling. On the left side of this window, you can chose to "define a personalized PPP" - lowermost option on left). If you chose it, on next window not only can you define a personalized scaling percentage, but you can check or uncheck "windows XP type DPI scaling"

Hope it helps

I increased to 125 DPI. It didn't help with the action log but it made the font in other games easier.

I'm thinking about second half of March, I'm not yet finished addressing all the bugs that I want to include in the first update.

I found another glitch for you. When firing armor and selecting armament and then ammo, the game freezes if the vehicle isn't re-selected each step. For example:

1. Select tank
2. Select target
3. Select MA
4. Forget to select tank again in unit screen before selecting ammo
5. FREEZE
