Great Friday morning. Average check up by doc. Great BP, 117/81, but still gaining weight. Working on that.

Happy Daylight Saving Time to my US Brothers. [:D]

I don't like changing the clocks, but I love the extra daylight in the evenings. I'd vote to stay on DST permanently.
