Not able to test with the A2AR changes, so it may be something that's fixed already, but I found some quite stupid behavior.

In attached scenario, if you activate the missions, the strike flight will never reach the target. As they approach the target, they will rather turn back to refuel again, even though they just did, and will keep doing this as long as you have tankers that can come up and replace those that are getting drained.



Another request I have is to be able to set aircraft on RTB to draw fuel only as needed to reach home base + reserves, rather than maximally draining the tanker, bringing a lot of fuel back down to the ground where it is not needed.
This could be the new default, or it could be a new option in the use refuel/unrep doctrine.

Yeah pretty stupid [8D]

Fixed in v1.11.

The aircraft tanked once on the way in. Coming off the target, the AI figured there is enough fuel left to make it home without a drink so flew straight to mum.
