Pre Game Set Up

Post by dgb100 »

Do any of the scenarios allow player placement of units? In scenario 2 the 81mm MTR the US have are in really poor locations but for the life of me I can't move them. The OOB says <Free Zone> but hitting "Remove Unit" does nothing.
Thanks,

Most of the default scenarios have the setup phase already done and you cannot change that. Some of the user ones allow you to set up (all depends on the designer).

In terms of that MTR I think Jorgen said that was where it was historically IIRC.

As Gerry said, most built in scnearios are static but alot of user created scenario have setup zones to place units. I have used setup zones mostly in my scenarios to allow for replayability. Because the AI will setup his units, in his setup zones, differently each time.

Hope that helps.
