[FIXED B809] 1.11B807 - DB442 - On Docking Ops window, clicking on "Damage" column brings up the Dam

In naval bases , under boat ops , under damage column , - systems status display for ships can be shown only once per load.

Step by step:
1. load mission/autosave
2. select naval base , press 'Boats'
3. under damage column , press on any ship link to display its status then close it
4. try clicking on any other ship's link
- not working anymore , until reload of mission

btw. Is it possible to repair/replace 'destroyed' ship systems/mounts?, looking in lua also, no luck..

Add a pier, add two ships, click on Boats, then open a damage report, after you close the report you cannot open any other damage report, you need to reload the mission to make it work again.
