question

Post by Zap »

I would like some help getting my game set up correctly with all mods and scenarios available. Problem I'm not good at getting that done. So I was wondering if someone would help me set up my game through the Microsoft program that allows someone access to my computer to do that. I feel comfortable asking this help here because I believe the integrity of players here. If someone would be up to it let me know here. and the details can be set up. And would I have to have the downloads already on my desktop. Ready for you to access.
I'm in Pacific time zone in the US.

I could help you tonight after work if you need. I would be able 6-7 pm EST. Download and install teamviewer.

I won't just setup your stuff but I will teach you how to do it yourself so be prepared to learn how to do it.

What version of windows do you have?

Well, that was generous of you to offer just the same, thanks. I went in to my c: tree and could not find my game. Confused, I looked and looked at the folders in the tree. After an hour I found the installed games under programfiles(x86). There was a Matrix game folder inside unloaded all the scenarios in the scenario folder. So I download the ASl graphics into the folder. For it to work I need to remove the default graphics first?

I don't have Win 10 so unfortunately cannot help you on the exact file/folder location but basically yes, you need to replace the existing Terrain.png file.

BEFORE you overwrite the existing file, I would create a folder in the main /Tigers on the Hunt directory and name it something like BACKUPS and then copy/move the original Terrain.png file to that new folder so you do not accidentally overwrite it. Then download/save the new, modded terrain file you want to use to your /Tigers on the Hunt/Graphics folder.

Thanks for the thought Double Deuce, fortunately for me Kylania came to my aid and not only helped me with the mods he set me up with some neat programs for the health of my computer and gave me a few lessons in game play mechanics as well. He amazed me with his agility around the computer! So , thank you Kylania for your time and effort it is greatly appreciated by me.
