Just wondering on how I can make the turns go fast like in Panzer Corps?

Are you playing in 3D? Note that you can speed up/slow down the animations with Options > Side A Animation Speed... and Options > Side B Animation Speed...

Is there a fast A/I option? No, there isn't.
