Clean Install

If I want to carry out a new install of War in the Pacific:Admiral's Edition can I use the following procedure: -

1 - Use WarinthePacificAdmiralsEdition-SetupRelease-v10079DR.exe for the install?

2 – Update with WarinthePacificAdmiral'sEdition-UpdateComp-v1124.exe after the install?
