How do you install things

I Installed Morning sun and USMC into my OOB folder The Marine add on runs great but Morning Sun only has a brown circle and won't run..Could somebody straighten me out with the correct install procedure,,Thank You

No I Got Them at the Matrix site.I got USMC at Slitherene and when I copied the serial over I copied it wrong but all is in and well..Thanks for the help. I've been up most of the night getting WIN 10 off it was giving me fits.

Here's the post about it I put 7 back in I was close to 50 tmp files
Would anyone know why my Win 10 has all of a sudden has about 20 temp files in my C:\ root directory
They have names like MSic4b2e.tmp. Most don't have any data in them..I tried using Win Utilites ' Glary utilities along with CCleaner and Panda antivirus also ran SFC /Scannow to clean them out but they mare still there,,,,Any sugestions are appreciated.Might be time to migrate back to win7.
