There are some 1/2000 planes 3-D printed on shapeways. Not many, but a few. They don't look so good yet, but give it a few years, and I bet the detail will be good enough. As it is now the 1/700 scale are pretty good.
This guy has a lot at pretty decent quality. Lots of rare models you can't get from traditional modelers, which is nice.

I'm happy to find the USS Taney, one of my favorite Allied ships in the game. [:)]

EDIT: Also I just noticed the same shop has a 1/4800 ship section with all kinds of WW2 types, from CV, BB, DD on down to miniature escorts and even deck sets for the CVs!!
Also, some great WW1 planes at 1/144, which is a scale I like as they're still pretty miniature, but have detailing. These look workable too, in terms of paint and modifications. Nice to see a large collection and some more rare old birds.
