GD1938 situation

Ok this is not the most current version but if it does it in this version it may in others as well. Had the P-51 appear in carrier groups when it became available to build it replaced a CLAA I believe, can't be sure, I may have forgotten to give a CLAA to those groups and the air craft may have just appeared. It did not happen in every group just some. And no I do not have a saved version. I continued to play. Just thought I would mention it.
Favoritism is alive and well here.

Fixed. Will send 2.21v2 to you ernie, and also to Two Tribes if he wants. Te CLAA upgrades to P-51D, which is a mistake....
