[FIXED B818] NI Campaign - Eye for an eye - Single Unit Airfields as targets

Targeting of single unit airfields was disabled, even with nukes.
This breaks northern inferno, first at the mission "An Eye for an Eye", and probably "Fail Safe" too.

Thanks for the heads up! Will release the updated scens with the next database release, which will hopefully be soon.
