[FIXED B815] Build 814 Air Weapon Results Always 73

Just tried Air Training Tutorial with Build 814 and all missile engagements roll the same 73.

Hi Devs

I can confirm that.

All Die rolls turn up 73, no matter what. AA weapons, ASW weapons or decoys. This is both in CWDB and DB3000.
I´m using Build 814 db v442.
