I was wondering why I didn't get a coupon, since I registered at March 02, 2003, but then I read

A slight clarification. The registration date is take in this priority:
1. The date you registered for the Matrix members area.
2. If you never registered for the Matrix members area, the date you registered for the Matrix forum.
3. If you never did either of the above then the date you registered for the Slitherine site, forum or first played a PBEM++ game.

I did not register for the Member area until June 08, 2011.

I just got one- they seem to be valid for thirty days.

Just want to say thanks Matrix - I was having a totally bad day last Monday, just been dumped with a large trial, missing witnesses, dodgy case, difficult defence counsel and was felling a little more tham upset. Got home and there in my in box was the discount coupon. It totally reversed a very ordinary day. Now my main problem is what to blow it on

Got email for coupon. click link takes me to Slitherine site which should be linked. Says no coupon. Check here says no coupon. Any idea what is up and why email on coupon. Guessing has something to do with forum date and account date perhaps.

Im confused, when i go to my account it says registered june 2011[is that when i unified my account?] but my first game registered is june 2009, which year will be used? As i understand it the more years the bigger discount.

Thta's because you have more than one SSL account, and the one which was initially locked was the older one.
Please open a helpdesk ticket and we will try to manually change the date and the username of your active SSL account.

Im cofused. Matrix forum date which takes priority 20th April 2003 date over at Unified Log In is May 2005? I know I registered here in 2003 not 2005...

Your registration on the Matrix members area was in 30th of May of 2005. That is the date that counts.

I joined Matrix on 5/8/2000. That is 17 years. I merged my account with Slitherine and it shows I joined in 2004.
Which date will be used for my anniversary date. And when will I get it.

Like I've told wodin, what it counts in first place is the date of the Matrix Games Club Members. You've joined the club on 19th of June 2004. You'll receive your anniversary coupon around the 19th of June.
