Best mods to start with?

Post by michaelspotts »

I got the game when it came out but have been laid low with medical issues. Up with pain alot and ready to change that channel and get some relief from immersing myself in this amazing game. Can someone help me with advice on which counter mod is best to start with? Kudos to all the kind contributors but there are so many variations that sound good? Figure I will load a mod, read manual and forum, look at videos and start playing. This kind of game, coupled with my faith, beats pain meds for relief by a long shot! Thanks for any assist, thanks for such a great game and such a kind and supportive forum community.

think it is worth playing with a few . I really like the ease of changing mods :) .I`m playing with the ASL mod
with small markers , but that's my preference . Takes like 5 mins to download and install the mods ( and I`m pretty
slow ). The only mod I should have played with to begin would be the original. But before playing the game I had
a look at Idjesters stream concerning the asl mod and that was pretty well it :). They all offer different
visual experiences and it all comes down to which appeals to you . Best advise I can give is play with them all.
Doesn't take long and one will stand out for you.
