PzIIIh to PzIIIj

Should the PzIIIh convert to the PzIIIj? IOW, should PzIIIj import from PzIIIh?
In game terms they are almost identical, so it may not matter except for cleaniong up the upgrade path. It looks like PzIIIh is a terminal type with PzIIIL importing from PzIIIj.

I do not see where the PzIIIh becomes an export item.

IIIh is the dead end (and upgrade target) for the older Panzer IIIs, IIIj the starting point of the last generation Pz IIIs.
