Game crash loading PBEM files.

I tried to play PBEM and we exchanged files but the game keeps crashing before i get a chance to log in. All my other saved games seem to be fine. We have tried resending ect but still no go. Any ideas?

All I get is the WINDOWS has shut down the application and is looking for a solution message. There is no LOG file created or anything.

Replied to your email. Let me know if you got it working by switching off any virus software?
This since loading and saving a game involves creating and deleting a temp file.

I have not had too much time to try anything. I did shut off my AVG anti virus but it made no difference. I will see what else I have running that may affect the game.
