Overlays Aren't showing

Overlays Aren't showing

Have been away from command for a while. I just updated through two patches. I don't seem to have a handle on the new method of inserting overlays. I went to the scenario editor and adding a new custom overlay then clicked the insert existing button.....nothing

What am I doing wrong?

When you pressed 'create new of type..overlay', did you get the dialog to pick the file name? It should then appear in the list once selected.
Sometimes I have noticed that I need to press it twice - not sure if a timing thing.
