Leader and machine-gun, HS, destroyed PIAT

Should not the page 58 of the current manual be updated ? It states that MMG can only be used by squad, half-squad and crew.
In my scenario, a british leader can use a MMG (tripod model).

Could the manual give(in the appendix) the meaning of HS, a term that appears in the victory conditions window ?

I have also discovered that a PIAT weapon could be destroyed during my game. Maybe could you put this information in the manual ?
