How long do you think it will take for me to get a CD of the MC and 5.0 since I live in Europe? And what will the shipment cost?

Dont know abt the transit time,but as for the shipping/handling costs,try to place an order (without giving the final input with yr credit card #,of course) and the system will show you the costs...

Good guess, It costs 14$ to Finland and I guess it's same to Sweden
