Missed the Bus setup stuck on Weather roll

Hi All,
I loaded up the Missed the Bus pre-set scenario. The advance to next phase button is greyed out and it seems to be stuck on the German Weather roll. Anyone else have this problem?
Also, are there any good setups for all the scenarios I could use as a basis for what makes for a good setup?

I got the game to continue by pulling up and closing the weather report. You can bring up the report either from the Info pull down menu or by typing Ctl+W. Once the report is open just click the OK button. The report will close and the game takes you to the DOW phase for each country were you'll need to click OK on each form.
