[FIX ATTEMPTED B833] Sensor window has no checkbox

Hello
Since the latest build I have no individual checkboxes in the sensor window.
I can still use the big checkboxes up on top but I can't control individual sensors.
It's the same for every kind of unit and sensor.

If its a passive sensor like a passive sonar or Flir or something it won't have a checkbox as its always on.

If its not this try deleting your commmand.ini and reopening. Could be something goofy there. If you're still having an issue post a save and screenshot.

At least put the unit you have trouble with up.

Here are some pictures and a scenario, this happens with every unit on every scenario, also in Northern Inferno.

I checked and it's not a DPI issue, I have also tried with another graphics driver, so it's not that.

My OS is Win 10, my resolution is 1920 X 1080.

EDIT: The forum upload feature gives an "ASP server error"
