I've been playing this game for some time now and I'm not entirely satisfied with the current house rules. There are some tricks they don't cover.

So I've taken some time and wrote down some new house rules, plus a gentlemen's agreement. You can read them here.

I'm looking for an opponent to test these rules. I don't consider them as definitive so I'm open to negotiation and ways of improving them.

I'm quite experienced, don't expect an easy game against me. I'll play any side in almost any campaign/scenario (surprise me!:p), just don't expect me to take Moscow in '44 ;)

I've been asked clarifications on a couple of the house rules. Here it goes:

(10) A corps that has received air supply can't plot in the same turn.

This is meant to simulate the fact that such a corps would have had to remain near its airfields for the whole week. It is also meant for game balance, under the old rules Axis can retreat its air-supplied PzKorps to cut off Russian supply.

(13) The Axis can't take units out of the West and SUD Fronts.

This is entirely optional and is meant to make life realistically hard for the Axis in later years. The way it is now is that the Axis can always retreat on time and not lose any German units in the front shatters. Since there is limited space in those HQs, perhaps it should be allowed to replace infantry divisions with a tank divisions.

14) It is not allowed to produce obsolete units.

The current model must be produced on each production line. If you'd turn over production to the AI, none of your factories should get upgraded. This is mainly to prevent the Germans from producing PzIIB and PzJagerI to give to the west front and from producing too many Elephants (they get obsolete quickly), which are way too good for their time.

(15) It is not allowed to change the subordination of an HQ.

This is to prohibit using Alt-H and subordinating AGS to AGN and AGN to AGS and Hitler/ Stalin not commanding anything.
