missing war diary

Playing latest beta (1.03r), fresh german start.
Beginning of turn 3, war diary disappeared... (it had shown up in previous turns)

Hi Franciscus,

The War Diary isn't meant to be continuous. As befits the frantic nature of an infantryman's life in Barbarossa, there are times when Hugo is going to be too busy to put pen to paper.

There's a probability roll in order for the Diary to appear each turn.

When I ran your save game it popped up on the following turn.
