i cant start the Command Modern Air Naval Operations WOTY

hi guys i bought air naval and inferno yesterday from steam
now i cant start those games...error says > a problem occured while loading selected scenario ..please select another..i chosed all campagign and all scenarios so all the time i see that error..windows 7 64 bit.i install all progmes which need to run the game.
u can see error in attachment...someone help..thnx[:o]
