Pat allows the claim.

Next question.

The RAF and French are attempting three ground strikes.

1. RAF Swordfish CVP.

2. RAF Wellesley bomber escorted by Gladiator CVP.

3. French Boston bomber and P-36 A fighter flying as a bomber.

Do you wish to intercept and if so how? You have two fighter units (BF 109 E-2 and Br 109 E-4) that can intercept.

Also, I need your "standing orders" on how any aborts or shoot downs of the allied aircraft would be handle in any air to air combat resolution.

The e-4 will intercept the FR group. take out the bomber first if it is my option. No intercept else where.

I am curious why you are bombing the German units in the forest, where it is less likely you will do something, rather than the hex southeast of Brussels, which is clear, and where flipped German units will foul up German attacks. Also, If the Hawk was where I think it was, it could have stayed on the ground and intercepted if the Germans intercepted.
I thought I knew how to play this game....

As it turns out that was the only ground strike that was effective.

SO39. Allied #8. France.

I was sorely tempted to attack the exposed 6-3 Germany corps with the French. However, in the end I didn't because the risk far outweighed the gain. In fact, a bad roll would have been disastrous for the allies in France.

Rules question. Do pick circle artillery units allow the attacker to pick the Blitz table, assuming the defending units have no armor units?

No. They count as ARM corps on defense only.

Well, forgot to get a screen shot, but the turn ended after the allies turn. No partisans. Two chits for Germany went to defensive. Game is asking for the location of the Ru chit (offensive or defensive), I cannot save the game at this point. Where do you want it?

defensive pool is fine.

1. The USA adds a 3rd chit to the Germany/Italy Entry Pool. (The Japanese pools contains 1 chit).

2. Option (4), "Intern French CV" is selected. This causes one chit from the Germany/Italy entry pool to be moved to the tension pool (2 in entry, 1 in tension).

3. I elect to replace the Berm (French CV) with a US transport.

Breakdown Pool.

I have yet to make use of unlimited breakdown. Does that work like "regular" breakdown of a corps where you can only breakdown between turns and only one corps per power per turn?
