I have found that in order to not get snow or frozen rivers/lakes that you have to have each hex set to 110 as anything less and you will get snow. So my question is, is this suppose too be this way or is it suppose too be 50 and higher for no snow. Thanks

Honestly the weather events are not my proudest piece of work and I should provide an alternative weather library at some point.

In anycase your right the in-library documentation is off with that 50 is the maximum. In fact the rest is correct.

So if you have 0 on every hex the snow might arrive in october and last till april. Putting a higher value on the hex is the ammount of days you want to shorten the season. To have absolutely never winter even on 1st of january will indeed be close to a value of 100. (winter arriving 100 days later and stopping 100 days earlier)

best wishes,
Vic
