After downloading the install file from the email and clicking on the finished download this pops up

windows cannot find
c:\users/barry\downloads\orderofbattle-morningsun-setuprelease-v225.exe. make sure you typed the name correctly and try again

I have the main game in D: and tried putting the setup file there also same thing happened

I purchased Order of Battle World War II when it first came out. When the big update came out recently, it changed the game to CAMPAIGN, and my game then had the DLC’s for game, upgraded for free. The annoucement said that this would be free to those who had originally purchased the game when it first came out.

Today I purchased WINTER WAR. When I tried to install it, it said that I didn’t have ORDER OF BATTLE on my computer, and that I should download it for free. Of course, I did have ORDER OF BATTLE my computer, but WINTER WAR didn’t recognize it. So I downloaded ORDER OF BATTLE for free and installed.

Now I’ve lost all my DLC’s. How can I get those DLC’s back as they were before I tried to install WINTER WAR?

Did you had the Steam version of the game initially installed? OR has been always the Slitherine one?

Then as your base game (containing all the other campaigns) is on Steam, you need to redeem a Steam key for the Winter War campaign and then activate the key in your Steam account.

For on how to redeem a Steam key check this forum post:

I didn't purchase ORDER OF BATTLE on Steam. I purchased it from the Matrix website.

VPaulus, this is what I'm talking about, from your announcement post:
Important: if you already own Order of Battle: Pacific you will be given these two DLCs, Rising Sun and U.S. Pacific, and retain any other DLC you already own!

How do I get those two DLC's back, since installing Winter War messed them up?

Sorry for the confusion.
The best way is to install the Order of Battle: Pacifc with the original installer and then update with WW2. It will recognize your original campaigns, US Pacific and Rising Sun.

No VPaulus, this is NOT the best way, because that's what I did initially - and today Winter War wasn't recognized as already being installed, see tm.asp?m=4122173

It's the best way. We have tested this.
