[Change request] Purchase screen

May i suggest to start the buy process with max upgrades selected?
It probably will save us a whole lot of clicks.

I think it should be an option in the options screen. There are times you'd want it on, and other times where you would not. I never have enough money in parts of my game to buy fully upgraded weapons.
