Gary...I too had to acquire a brand new CPU withwin10 and I also was very frustrated, but these guys on this forum are VERY patient and willing to help.

ALL of us in a similar position had the exact same "slowness" problem you are having and AFAIK we ALL got our machine to run properly with the great guys in this forum.

I am 67 years old, and self-computer literate as they did not even have them in college!(LOL)..
Be patient, inquire often and read slowly and you will attain what you seek.[;)]

I decided to Start over From Scratch Last Night

Deleted the Game
Downloaded from CD
Update to Latest Version
Created Shortcut
Put in Commands

And It Worked

Good to hear. I had probs with Win 10 but it works well now with the right switches in place
