Is there any one making a stargate mod? Or maybe some one could make one?

I have a few ideas for a Stargate mod but need to finish the Star Trek mod I am working on first.

I could help if you want.I could suggest ideas and help you with policy,race and so on,since I am able to modify the races from Extended mod and it's easy,so I got some knowledge in modding Distant Worlds,but I still don't know how to create ship images.When I try to cut them in paint,I still end up with a ship in a white or black square.Just tell me if you wish.
