Can there be more open patch releases.

I am trying to get back into learning the game. However, since buying I have a new email and login info here. The problem is that now I can't get public betas in the members area because I already registered the game with the old info. Therefore I have v 2.14 while other people have a bunch of fixes and such up to 2.2. The way things are going I will be so far behind on improvements it will become frustrating. Any way to adress this either for me personally or more generally?

Open a support ticket to get members area updated for the new info?
