Switching FOG settings during the game. Nice cheat!

FOG settings should be locked for the current game.
It's kinda cheating to have it on/off, like Where should I attack? Let's uncheck the FOG. Ah! Here, there's a weak spot!.

As long as it's locked in multiplayer i don't care.

It is locked in multiplayer. So it's really up to someone playing against the AI whether or not they turn it off during the game.

... if you do that, you should LOOSE all achievements starting from that Point, where you turn it off !

I think that is very useful for controlling/detecting AI weird behavior.
