[FIXED B845] Sub LLTV ignores horizon

I've discovered a strange behavior of cameras when used from submarine - it seems they can see through horizon.
In the scenario included, an aircraft detects a contact with radar and submarine will identify it as commercial ship when it gets into periscope depth. But, the range between sub and ship is 80nm - there is no way a TV camera on a periscope can see a target below horizon. The distance should be roughly 1/4 or less, even for a tall commercial ship.
