In the homelands reinforcements are pouring in. Division after division are forming up. Enthusiastic units I am sure but with little experience. Their quality lies in their numbers only.

Air unit Training groups are also pouring in.
I can see that training in these units is done at a much faster rate than in regular units. I will need the pilots I am sure.

I think Kurt is aiming for the Philippines. I expect him to soon go for Davao or Leyte. I can not contest the allied much on land in the southern Philippines, as there are simply too many islands and bases to cover.
Right now I am heavily reinforcing Luzon. I plan to fight hard for Manila and northern Luzon. Here I have plenty of good airfields to operate from. Also I believe Kamikaze to be activated if he lands on southern Luzon.

I am pulling out units from all over to bolster the 14th Army on Luzon. I have even pulled out the crack 110th ID from Truk to give the army some backbone - so many second line reserve divisions are going to Luzon.

Overall I consider a strategic withdrawn before the Russians join the fight. This withdraw will be to an inner defense line that covers Northern Philippines, Taiwan, the Shanghai area and Korea.
Not that I will completely pull out from any area, but just leave enough force for the allied to need making some effort and burn time to retake area´s.
It is an idea that I am still "playing" around with so all aspects and details I have no worked out yet.
