If you choose surface combat (no points used) you get this.
If Allies should decide that they didn't want submarine combat (no surprise points spent) then I thought that Italy was allowed to select submarine combat?

Anyway. We go with submarine combat and plan to use surprise points to target the cruiser as well.

If Allies take 2A, they can cause 2D A and target one D to CA. I guess that is what you are going to do?

If Allies choose surface combat, Axis can't change that.

Sounds like a plan.

Allies target, if possible, both aborts on the French submarine.

You are right. My memory fails me. [:(]

Edit: I suppose that a surface combat would have been the better choice then. [:D]

French submarine is aborted, but Netherlands submarine survives. Where does French sub want to abort?

Italian CP sinks and CA is damaged.

Allies want to fight or stay safe on bottom?

The French submarine aborts to Oran.

CW stay in the area but does not include the submarine (it stays safe and deep).

Germany rails ENG to Spain, Saragossa.

Japan moves their MAR one hex south to prevent being surrounded.

No land combat.

Germany reorganizes ENG in Spain.

On a 2 turn ends.

Turn end instructions will follow during the weekend.

One partisan appears in China and it blocks a resource from being used by Japan.

Another partisan appears in France and it also blocks a resource but this time it affects Germany.

----

How will Germany apply their pact markers and will they change the location of a marker?

Both markers to defense and if Germany at this point has 5 or more markers in defense (I have no idea how I have placed markets before) move lowest marker from defense to offense.

Jul/Aug '40 End of Turn

USSR place their pact marker in the offensive pool and moves one marker from defence to offence.

USA place one entry chit in the Japanese pool.

US begins to repair Western Allied ships. US pass a law that place a embargo on strategic materials. And US begin to escort ships along the US East Coast (the last one caused a tension chit to be moved to the tension pool).

I have struggled all morning with resource routing. For some reason I can not get the program to do what I want. [:@]

Unfortunately, I need a break from it, or I will suffer a breakdown. [:(]

I also suspect that I found a bug although I am not sure there is any point in reporting it since we play with a old version.

I hope that the break does not get extended but I do doubt that I will continue today. I am sorry about that. [:(]
