It's currently possible for the IJN player to try multiple startups in a PBEM game until they get the availability dates they like for their own ships and also for allied ships (by saving a test game and typing in allied password).

Would it be possible to generate the Tokyo/PH availability dates the second turn, so both players are in the dark until the game is underway?
