Noob Questions

The development team behind the award-winning games Decisive Campaigns: From Warsaw To Paris and Advanced Tactics is back with a new and improved game engine that focuses on the decisive year and theater of World War II! Decisive Campaigns: Case Blue simulates the German drive to Stalingrad and into the Caucasus of the summer of 1942, as well as its May preludes (2nd Kharkov offensive, Operation Trappenjagd) and also the Soviet winter counter-offensive (Operation Uranus) that ended with the encirclement of 6th Army in Stalingrad and the destruction of the axis minor armies. With many improvements including the PBEM++ system, this is a release to watch for wargamers!

Noob Questions

Post by carll11 »

Morning all....

a) bridge building. I have had an engineer unit at a river side, out of any enemy ZOC, I select the unit and press 'R', nothing happens....have tried it a few times, no dice.

b) is there a way to increase the TOE of a unit, example- I just received the 11th Pzr., its Pzr. Rgt. is equipped with 135 tanks. Yet the 23rd Pzr. which is up to strength, has only 65, the 9th Pzr. 60, 3rd Pzr. only 50....(?)

Hi there,

a) For bridges keep check of the following: You need sufficient 'EP' to restore a broken bridge. You cannot build a bridge where there was none before.

b) About the TOEs. A German tank division's panzer regiment ideal TOE is 135 tanks, if it has less it is not up to full strength. Replacement tanks will flow in if available untill its full again.

Best wishes,
Vic
